I painted this image while this US Administration was kidnapping children from migrant parents and putting them into prison detention camps. As an animal artist I used my niche to capture some of the heartache and cruelty that our US government has imposed on Innocents.
Kathleen Steventon is a self-taught oil painter living in rural Colorado. Her love of all things wild, of all things fauna, as well as her spiritual connection to both, are reflected in her works.
